Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Annual customers receive prorated credits when upgrading mid-cycle.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?

If SmartMit doesn't fit, walk away — no charges, no cancellation fees. If you stay, your selected plan begins on day 31.

Is the Guided Onboarding Program required?

Yes — configuring SmartMit to your existing workflow is what makes it work. The fee covers software setup, data migration, workflow adaptation, and team training. It's a one-time investment.

Does the user limit include field technicians and office staff?

Yes, all users across field and office count toward the limit. If you regularly need more users, consider upgrading one tier — it's typically cheaper than a per-user competitor.

Do you offer custom pricing for larger operations?

Yes — restoration companies with 25+ users or multiple locations should contact us for enterprise pricing. We can build a custom package.

How does the Collections Service commission work?

Commission rates depend on claim type and complexity. Specific rates are agreed in writing before any work begins. No work starts until both parties have confirmed terms.

What's included in annual billing?

20% discount on all monthly rates, billed upfront for 12 months. Annual customers commit to a 12-month term — monthly customers can cancel anytime with no fee.
