Does SmartMit charge "per-user" licensing fees?

No! Instead of nickel-and-diming you for every individual technician or office admin you bring on board, we use generous tier blocks. You pay a predictable flat monthly rate for a tier that fits your size, allowing you to hire and add crew members freely within your bracket without your monthly bill fluctuating constantly.

How does the "Done-For-You Collections" work?

Our embedded collections system is optional. If you have delinquent claims, you can click a button in the software to hand them over to our dedicated in-house team. We work with the adjusters, supplement if needed, and chase the payment. We only take a percentage when we successfully collect for you.

Can I use SmartMit if I'm not doing Mitigation?

While SmartMit was built specifically for water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration workflows by a former contractor, it's highly configurable. We configure your instance during the 15-30 day onboarding period to match your exact service lines and needs.
